The ultimate beef roasting joint, our rib of grass fed beef is a real crowd pleaser. With the eye of fat throughout the joint, it's impossibly juicy and flavoursome. Best served medium rare or slow cooked and falling off the bone with ladlefuls of mouth watering, homemade gravy.

About The Farmer:
All of our award-winning, grass fed beef is home-reared here on the banks of the River Lyd at Strawberry Fields in Lifton. The suckler herd are 100% grass fed and carefully farmed to produce the best tasting beef around. It is well hung the traditional way for at least 21 days to give it time to mature, gain a beautiful tenderness and guarantee a fantastically deep flavour.
